Free shipping for all orders. Orders will be shipped between 7-14 days.

When purchasing physical goods, you agree to provide us with a valid email address, shipping address, and billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount. We may also request additional information from you before confirming a sale and reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on the sale of our products.

For the sale of physical products, we may preauthorize your credit or debit card at the time of order placement or charge your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor your payment method. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the quoted amounts due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made on our website, you may take the following steps:

Please contact us at support@jadecouture.com with the details of your purchase. Upon receiving your email, our customer service representative will guide you through the process for returning, exchanging, or refunding the product. Please note that all custom-made ensembles are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return. Items eligible for a refund must be returned in good condition, unused, and with the original tags intact.

We will process reimbursements for returns no later than 7 days after you receive the product. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for us to process your reimbursement. 

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
